Amber joined Sweet Financial Services in 2012. Amber is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in financial planning. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has extensive experience and training on guiding women through transitions such as loss of a loved one, divorce, career change, retirement and much more.
She specializes in retirement planning and the comprehensive planning process; and is passionate about building relationships with her clients beyond investment management. She will tell you that the best part of her job is seeing her clients growth over time after they have experienced a major life transition.
She covers the bases when it comes to important topics such as taxes, investments, cash flow, and estate planning. But that’s only half of the experience of financial change. The other half is the human experience of adapting to change, and to help increase her clients confidence in their financial future.

Amber splits her time between the Fairmont and Jackson office, to offer convenient locations to help her clients.
She currently lives in Jackson with her husband, Jared and daughter Blakely and son Rogan.

Lynne joined Sweet Financial Services in 1996. Lynne is dedicated to working with clients and women in transition to help make sure their financial plans align with their goals and dreams. Her goal is to help clients find the path to their best life.
A 1980 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior, Lynne holds degrees in English and History. Lynne received her Wealth Management Specialist designation in 2004 and her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™) designation in 2014. As one of the Founders of Women Forward, Lynne is dedicated to inspiring women to confidently pursue their ideal life, while providing financial education.
Lynne lives in Fairmont and is the proud mother of three children: Philip, who resides in the Twin Cities, Taylor who is a Youth Minister in Bloomington, MN and Catherine who works for Embrace Church in Sioux Falls, SD.

Brittany joined Sweet Financial Services in November of 2008. Brittany’s goal is to harmonize the office so the staff is focused on providing personalized service and inspiring guidance. She works closely with Bryan in the strategic planning of the practice, controls the day-to-day operations, and provides leadership to the team in her management role. Brittany plays an active role educating and empowering the Women Forward of Sweet Financial members and has worked closely with Bryan to develop a platform called Smarter Business that helps business owners streamline and systematize their companies, all while engaging their teams.
Brittany’s true passion lies in helping people become the best version of themselves, which is why she partnered with Bryan Sweet to create Dare to Dream Enterprises, which helps growth-minded individuals focus on all things positive, while striving to achieve their greatest aspirations in life. In order to help continue building a culture of hospitality for Sweet Financial Services, Brittany attends The Strategic Coach and Genius Network, to continue her growth and bring new ideas to our clientele.
Alongside Bryan Sweet and Oliver Kollofski, Brittany co-authored Dare to Dream: Design the Retirement You Can’t Wait to Wake Up to! which focuses on helping people to align their dreams with their finances. Brittany is also the co-author alongside Bryan Sweet, of Imagine. Act. Inspire. A Daily Journal, which is designed to help people live a more positive, focused and fulfilled life.
Brittany is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.
She currently lives in Sherburn with her husband, Dave, two daughters Jersey and Stella and son, Vincent.

Tina will be joining Sweet Financial Services February 2020. She will have overall responsibility of project implementation for the office.
She is a natural organizer, loves helping people and the challenge each project offers. Tina is excited to join the team and help Sweet Financial Services continue to provide exceptional services to their clients.
Tina graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She began her career holding various roles with a global industrial & medical gas company where she earned her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. During the last three years, she has been a project manager for a manufacturing company in Ames, Iowa. She loves taking challenging assignments, meeting tight deadlines, delivering superior performance and exceeding expectations.
Tina enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She will be relocating to Fairmont with her husband, Jeff and daughter Charlotte.
Marsha joined the Sweet Financial team in January 2015 and is our Director of Communications. Marsha’s talent lies in her creativity. She plays an integral part in all of the coordination and finishing touches that you see at our Sweet Financial and Women Forward events, as well as all Sweet Financial communication. Her responsibilities include client communications, advertising, marketing, planning client events and creating better ways to help improve the total client experience.
Marsha is a graduate Rasmussen College in Mankato with a degree in Sales & Business Administration. She currently lives in Fairmont and has three children, Brody, Garrett, and Kobi. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids, boating on the lakes with family and friends, decorating, painting and DIY projects.

Miranda joined our Concierge Service department as a Concierge Services Associate in October of 2019 to help ensure you continue to receive dedicated service and attention. In addition to supporting our advisors, she is responsible for establishing, maintaining and building client relationships while providing first class Client Service.
Miranda is also taking on the role of scheduling appointments for our clients and is excited to connect with many of you soon. She is a warm new smile for our Women Forward team!
