Amber joined Sweet Financial Services in April 2012. She specializes in retirement planning and the comprehensive planning process. Amber is passionate about building relationships with her clients beyond just investment management.
Amber is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in financial planning. She is also a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and has extensive experience and training on guiding women through transitions such as widowhood, divorce, retirement and much more.
She currently lives in Jackson with her husband, Jared.

Lynne joined Sweet Financial Services in 1996. Lynne is dedicated to working with clients and women in transition to help make sure their financial plans align with their goals and dreams. Her goal is to help clients find the path to their best life.
A 1980 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Superior, Lynne holds degrees in English and History. Lynne received her Wealth Management Specialist designation in 2004 and her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™) designation in 2014. As one of the Founders of Women Forward, Lynne is dedicated to inspiring women to confidently pursue their ideal life, while providing financial education.
Lynne lives in Fairmont and is the proud mother of three children: Philip, who resides in the Twin Cities, Taylor who is a Youth Minister in Bloomington, MN and Catherine who works for Embrace Church in Sioux Falls, SD.
Brittany joined Sweet Financial Services in November of 2008. Brittany’s goal is to harmonize the office so the staff is focused on providing personalized service and inspiring guidance. She works closely with Bryan in the strategic planning of the firm, controls the day-to-day operations, and provides leadership to the team in her management role.
Brittany’s true passion lies in coaching others on the path to their best life. She plays an active role in Women Forward of Sweet Financial and has worked closely with Bryan to develop a platform that helps business owners achieve the concept of running a self-managed & multiplying company called Smarter Business.
Brittany is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.
She currently lives in Sherburn with her husband, Dave, and daughter Jersey.

Krystal Hill joined the Sweet Financial team in September 2015. Krystal plays a crucial role in finding inspiring and innovative ways to connect and build relationships with Sweet Financial clients and Women Forward members. Her responsibilities include client communications, marketing, planning client events and creating better ways to improve the total client experience.
Krystal is a graduate of St. Catherine University with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing and Management. Prior to joining Sweet Financial she was a marketing and product manager at an IT company in the Twin Cities.
Krystal lives in Fairmont with her significant other Colby and their giant dog, Tater.
Marsha joined the Sweet Financial team in January 2015 and is our Director of Communications. Marsha’s talent lies in her creativity. She plays an integral part in all of the finishing touches that you see at our Women Forward events, as well as all Sweet Financial communication. Marsha also assists Konnie in creating a personalized service when clients walk in the door.
Marsha is a graduate Rasmussen College in Mankato with a degree in Sales & Business Administration. She currently lives in Fairmont with her husband, Travis and they have three children, Brody, Garrett, and Kobi. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids, boating on the lakes with family and friends, decorating, painting and DIY projects.
