As a Wealth Advisor at Sweet Financial Partners, Kaitlin brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, strategic insight, and heartfelt connection to every client relationship. Since joining the team in March of 2021, she has immersed herself in all aspects of investment management—initially overseeing trading for our entire client base and playing a key role in building and supporting comprehensive wealth plans.

Her profound attention to detail and natural curiosity fueled her path toward becoming a wealth advisor. Kaitlin thrives on helping clients uncover what’s possible and turning their dreams into actionable strategies, all while making them feel understood and supported along the way.

A Fairmont native, Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She lives in Fairmont with her husband Sinjin, daughter Basil, son Croix, and their dog Ranger. Outside the office, you’ll find her embracing everything the outdoors has to offer—whether it’s hunting, mushroom foraging, or enjoying summer days on the pontoon with family.
